Lael Henterly is a licensed private investigator in Seattle and the founder of Integra Intelligence, a firm that works for law firms, corporations and investors nationwide. Since 2016 the firm has worked more than 300 complex litigation matters in federal court, among them securities fraud, antitrust and qui tam cases across pharma, technology, healthcare and energy, and has helped more than 100 clients collect judgments that had gone unpaid.

Lael’s work is finding people and paper: locating and interviewing former employees, tracing assets for judgment creditors and bankruptcy trustees, and building due diligence files on founders and counterparties from records in the United States and abroad. Before investigations she was a journalist, and the habits carried over: verify before writing, and write so a judge can follow.

Lael is a Certified Legal Investigator (NALI), a Certified International Investigator (CII) and holds the OSMOSIS Open-Source Certification. She serves as President of WALI, taught civil litigation investigations at UW Continuum College, and writes for The Legal Investigator, NALI’s journal. She is a member of NALI, CII, WAD, Intellenet, FALI, PIABC and PNAI.
